Electronic Hardware Design:
Electronics hardware design services is where we started. Elemental Electonics was founded by Electronics Engineers who created advanced, reliable electronics for the automotive, medical and commercial pool industry. Using cutting-edge software and measuring tools, wherever possible we simulate and test our designs. This allows our electronic hardware manufacturing company in Australia lower the risk in purchasing and manufacturing PCB’s (Printed Circuit Boards).

Printed Circuit Board Assembly:
Our in-house PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) line allows us full control of a product's assembly process. Like most design and production houses, we source our bare circuit boards from reputable international suppliers. But unlike some of our competitors we actually assemble our circuit boards in-house, this allows us to assemble boards quickly whilst up-holding quality assurance. During the development cycle our assembly equipment is also used to create test PCB’s and small prototype batch runs.

Testing, Calibrating and Quality Control:
Every circuit board is tested for quality control. Our workshop and machining resources allow us to design and manufacture custom test and calibration equipment, which we use to test and calibrate our PCBs. Our software and hardware team work closely to ensure that all our products meet the required accuracy and reliability.

Embedded Software Solutions:
Microprocessor technology allows simple and complex tasks to be done on a tiny level. At the heart of any electronic product lies one or more of these processors. From IoT solutions to high-end medical products, our software team strive to write code that is as optimized as possible. By writing optimized code, tasks like sending data from wearable technology allows the electronic hardware to use less power and thereby extending battery life. Our user interface (UI) design team are focused on developing interactive and innovative designs that are simple, creative and purposeful. Elemental Electronics software team provides all different types of web-services. From databases and dashboards to web-sites and online stores, our web-services include everything from technical web-sites to on-line stores. Our preferred choice for cloud computing is Microsoft Azure, it allows us to build, test, deploy and manage all different types of applications through Microsoft’s advanced global network of data centers. We form close relationships with our customers and more often than not our web-services team go the extra mile to support our customers with I.T support, which include creating e-mail exchanges, web-sites, on-line stores and online cloud storage.

Mobile Apps:
Got a new mobile app idea, or want to add a user interface to a new/existing product without the expense of a touchscreen or mechanical buttons? Our software team have you covered. We love creating mobile applications simply because of the amount of interactively it can bring to a product, to this end we usually encourage our customers to allow us to “future proof” their products so if they ever wanted to add a mobile application to their product it would be possible. Mobile apps aren’t just interactive, they can also act as a gateway to the internet.

3D CAD Modelling & FEA:
A product's physical design not only has to be aesthetically pleasing but be robust as well. At Elemental Electronics our mechanical design team uses advanced graphic and mechanical software to ensure products look and feel great whilst lasting a lifetime. Our mechanical team have a combined experience of over 30 years and are extremely versatile. From large robotic cells to hand-held enclosures, we always strive to provide full Engineering support through a product’s development lifecycle.

Rapid Prototyping:
During early stages of development, our rapid prototyping equipment (3D Printer/Laser Etching) allows us to test out our designs. Usually these parts are also handed to our customers as samples, allowing them to have a “feel” for the product even before any production has taken place. Using our partners, we can also manufacture soft tools, which can be used to create molded parts, the same tool can also be used to manufacture parts/products as a “pre-production” batch.

Manufacturing and Workshop:
With over 40 years of combined workshop and manufacturing experience there isn’t a part we can’t make. Our highly skilled manufacturing and workshop personnel have created products and assembly equipment for almost every industry including: automotive, medical and military. We’ve invested heavily in state of the art equipment, to aid us in part manufacturing and product assembly.
